About us…

Established off the back end of 2019 as a print magazine, Wanderer was driven by one passionate high school student, Amber-Rose, who wanted to inspire others to pursue what they truly love and to never settle for anything less than that. Since then Amber has established a small but strong team of in-house editors, photographers, writers and other artists who, together, have expanded the Wanderer services to event curation, publication, marketing, merchandise sales and more. Through these services, alongside our print presence, we aim to bring unique, fresh and creative content to our audience; to inspire creativity; and to shed some light on the people behind the amazing projects within our community.

We aim for Wanderer Magazine to live on, serving a purpose well after it’s first read. We want our print pieces to be collectable, constantly inspiring you to spread more of the things you love doing, to not follow the mundane ways of life, to really enjoy everything for all that it is, and to be conscious of the future generations who will live on this earth well after us. Rip stuff out and put it on your wall, dream about following whatever it is you’re chasing.

At it’s heart, Wanderer Magazine is an independently run magazine, operated by a small team of guys and gals in Wollongong, NSW on Dharawal Country. It is a celebration of creative youth, and a platform for likeminded people to create and explore together. Through this platform we hope to expose emerging creatives, keep the print industry alive, and unite our creative community.

Thanks for stopping by, it means a lot to us!
