Ascension, a surf and art film you must digest, with original heavy music that fits so perfectly with each frame. A project that took 8 months in the making, to fit in between schedules of mates, Jack has created this film with the sole intent of creating art!

Jack suggests you take a different perspective rather than your usual surf edit and appreciate the art of whats in each frame. So, slow down take a few minutes to appreciate this creativity, you may enjoy more when you’re in a dark environment with the music appropriately loud!

ASCENSION, is a project of mine I have completed over the past 8 months working between schedules of both my own and friends involved in the process. I have strived to create this film with an artistic intent having the central themes based on the raw isolated emotions surfing can evoke. I would love for you to view this as an art project rather than a stereotypical surf edit. This has no story and is made for the sole intention as art/ moving poetry. For a better experience please view this in a dark environment and have the volume comfortably loud. I hope you enjoy it.
